RETURN POLICY

  • You can only return an item if it is faulty. Any damages must be notified to us within 7 days of receiving goods by e-mail to kk@kurtmuller.com, quoting your order number, name, address, description of the product and evidence of fault. 

  • Once the return is approved via email, items should be returned in their original condition and packaging within 5 days of receiving the authorization.

  • Once we have received your returned item/s, it will be credited towards your next order.

  • We do not accept any returns for sale items, due to the nature of these styles being reduced for the end of season sale. All prices are subject to change at any time.

  • Customers must arrange the return of the item by their own courier and at their own cost. We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held by third parties, or for the return postage costs.

  • Please provide a tracking number when enquiring on the status of your return.

  • We reserve the right to deduct an Admin restocking fee of up to 20% on returns that do not have a genuine manufacturing fault.

  • Returns will remain customer property until received back and signed for by KMC.
